Chocolate Cookie Bites
1 cup flaxseed meal
1/4 cup nut butter
2 Tblsp raw cacao powder
1/8 cup water
1/2 cup almond flour
1 tsp baking powder
Sweetner I use about 10 Drops of Stevia.
Mix all ingredients together.
Pinch about a tablespoon and make a ball.
Top with a walnut piece. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees. Bake for about 15 minutes.
I am seeking ways to have bread but the lowest carb count

If I were to be able to eat them today I would have to insist on a low carb wheat free version.
