Flax Seed Almond Meal Pancakes Recipe

Flaxseed -Almond Meal Pancakes

1 C – Egg beaters
9 T Ground Flaxseed
3 tsp Baking Powder
11/2 tsp Vanilla
Splenda or coconut palm sugar

Whisk egg beaters in Pyrex measuring cup. Add Flaxseed, Baking soda, vanilla, splenda and cinnamon. Let stand for about a minute and mix again slightly. Pour onto skillet spray with Pam and cook like regular pancake.
Makes 2 decent sized pancakes.
Number of Servings: 9-10
