1 1/2 cups blanched almond flour
2 tablespoons coconut flour
1/4 cup golden flaxseed meal
1/4 teaspoon celtic sea salt
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Put almond flour, coconut flour, flax, salt and baking soda in a food processor
Mix ingredients together
Blend in eggs, oil, honey and vinegar
Pour batter into a greased 7.5″ x 3.5″ Loaf Pan
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes

This so awesomely delicioso! Here is the simple recipe:
1. Cook fresh -1 head or frozen 1 bag-cauliflower till tender.
2. Drain off liquid
3. Place hot cooked cauliflower into a food processor or Vitamix or BlenTec (I used BlenTec). Add about 1/4 cup heavy cream. Blend for 1 minute or till it looks like mashed potatoes.
Season with butter and sprinkle with a little black pepper.
