DIABETES! String beans are the best ever for diabetes bc it has NATURAL insulin. Lettuce and okra has a lot of enzymes. Eat a piece of lettuce (all, except Iceberg, no nutritional value) as soon as you eat something sweet (every single time) because it has a lot of enzymes. You can snack on okra string beans throughout the day. Should be eaten raw or lightly steamed. Copy and paste to your wall!
