This brand is great for my husband because it has gluten sensitivity and these are gluten-free. There are other vegetarian breakfast sausages on the market but all have gluten. We prefer to not have soy (unless it is organic). We also need Sol Cuisine Veggie Breakfast Patties because of the carbohydrate count. It is low! 3 Carbs per pattie. We bought ours at Albertson’s.

1. It is the most affordable $. It is about $2 less than Bob’s Red Mill.
2. I can make an even exact instead of flour. I use it in cakes, breads, cookies, pancakes, and more.
3. It is low carb. I am consistently losing pounds. Just Almonds almond meal is saving my life!

I use salsa often to snack on with my tortilla chips. I recently tried a new (to me) brand of salsa, Mrs. Renfro. I tried 4 flavors. I was planning to make a recipe but my hubby created a 7 layer dip.
There were 4 flavors in the box. The salsa came with recipe cards. J C used the 7 Layer Dip recipe:

We used the Garlic Salsa for this dip.
The other flavors I tried are: Green Tomato, Peach Salsa and Black Bean salsa.
I love the taste of all 4. I recommend all 4 and the Peach Salsa stands out because I have never had peach in a salsa. The peach was awesome!
