Vegetarian/ Vegan Wheat free Gluten-free Saturated fat free Low fat 7 grams protein I have eaten these Breakfast Patties and they are great! This brand is great for my husband because it has gluten sensitivity and these are gluten-free. There are other vegetarian breakfast sausages on the market but all have gluten. We prefer to not have soy (unless it is organic). We also need Sol Cuisine Veggie Breakfast Patties because of the carbohydrate count. It is low! 3 Carbs per pattie. We bought ours at Albertson’s.
I use this brand because:
1. It is the most affordable $. It is about $2 less than Bob’s Red Mill.
2. I can make an even exact instead of flour. I use it in cakes, breads, cookies, pancakes, and more.
3. It is low carb. I am consistently losing pounds. Just Almonds almond meal is saving my life!

I use salsa often to snack on with my tortilla chips. I recently tried a new (to me) brand of salsa, Mrs. Renfro. I tried 4 flavors. I was planning to make a recipe but my hubby created a 7 layer dip.
There were 4 flavors in the box. The salsa came with recipe cards. J C used the 7 Layer Dip recipe:
Here is the result!
We used the Garlic Salsa for this dip.
The other flavors I tried are: Green Tomato, Peach Salsa and Black Bean salsa.
I love the taste of all 4. I recommend all 4 and the Peach Salsa stands out because I have never had peach in a salsa. The peach was awesome!
Renfro Foods is located in Fort Worth, Texas
They know what they are doing with that salsa!!!! Yee Haw!!
Layer a large glass bowl with following ingredients: 1 can refried beans ( I used black beans), 8 oz. sour cream, 1 jar of Mrs Renfro’s Garlic Salsa, 8 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese, 8 oz. shredd Cheddar cheese, 1 bunch of green onion, chopped, 1 can black olives , sliced, Serve with tortilla chips
I attended a mini tasting event at PC Green Health Food Store in Malibu. One of the vendors was Promethius Springs. I figured it was just another sweet, healthy water. I saw some flavors I have never seen before. I tasted 3 different flavors: Mango Chili, Citrus Cayenne and Lychee Wasabi. My hubby tried spicy pear. The reason each drink sounds spicy is because there is capsaicin. Capsaicin is what is found in chilis. This powerful heat inducing herb causes your circulation to increase. It is also a detoxing agent. When I took my first swig, there was a immediate burning sensation. It was not too bad but I could feel the warmth in my body.
Prometheus stole the heat from Hephaestus. We stole the heat from the chili.
Enjoy! Here are the 6 flavors Prometheus Springs carries. When you taste it, come back here and comment.
I believe this is worth sharing.
