Paleo Bread Recipe

Cooking Time: 30 minutes

Serves: 4

Ingredients and Cooking Steps

1 1/2 cups blanched almond flour or almond meal
2 tablespoons coconut flour
1/4 cup golden flaxseed meal
1/4 teaspoon celtic sea salt
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
5 eggs
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 tablespoon honey I use stevia or coconut palm sugar
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Place almond flour, coconut flour, flax, salt and baking soda in a food processor
Pulse ingredients together
Pulse in eggs, oil, honey and vinegar

Pour batter into a greased 7.5″ x 3.5″ Magic Line Loaf Pan
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes

Pour the batter on to a cookie sheet (covered with parchment paper and roll it a flat as possible. Once done, cut into the size slices you want.

Cool and serve



Almond Meal Pancakes – Gluten-Free and Low Carb

1 1/2 cup Almond Meal

1/2 cup Almond Milk

1 tsp baking soda
2 eggs or Eggbeaters (TM)
2 packets Splenda
2 TBLS Coconut oil or Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl. Hand mix or pulse in a food processor.
Place all wet ingredients in another bowl mix or blend.
Pour wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Mix by hand or food processor.

Add a little water to get the pancakes to the consistency that meets your taste.


Put oil in the skillet.

Pour 1/3 cup of the pancake mix into the skillet.

Cook until brown on one side and bubbly on top.

Makes about 8 pancakes
