Chia breakfast Parfait Recipe


Chia Breakfast Parfait

2 cups almond milk

4 TBLS Chia Seeds

2 TBLS Stevia Use Stevia in pudding and whipping

Soak overnight. Consistency will be like pudding.

Heavy Whipping cream
sweeten with Stevia

1/4 c Crushed sunflower seeds and mix with hemp seeds equally.

Yogurt – I recommend CarbMaster yogurt or Greek Yogurt (sweeten with Stevia)

Berries – frozen or fresh

Layer each component and garnish with berries and cream.
