Low Carb Candy
2 tablespoons coconut oil ,
2 tablespoons of cacao or carob powder, unsweetened
sweeten with Stevia 1 tablespoons, dry or liquid
crushed walnuts, (or use raw sunflower seeds or chopped almonds) or use all 3
Mix all the ingredients then add nuts. Put the mixture into a candy mold. Or put it in a plastic bag and make it flat. place it in the freezer for 20 minutes . Store in the refrigerator if you have any left.
Option : add 1 tablespoon if natural peanut butter to make a Resse’s (r) cup like taste.
