add parsley to your smoothie
This green smoothie is a great gluten-free way to start your day.
Quick and ridiculously easy, you get loads of goodness in a few surprisingly filling gulps!
80g frozen mango
1 handful of kale (about 20g)
1 handful of spinach & chard (about 20g)
1 small handful of parsley leaves (about 10g)
Juice of half a lemon
100ml coconut milk
1 tablespoon of almond butter
1 tablespoon of ground flax seeds
2 ice cubes
Whizz everything up in a blender and pour into a glass.
