Have you ever read the instructions that come with your cookware?

I never did until 2011 when I had a representative from Saladmaster come to my home and cook lunch for me and my husband. A part of the presentation showed how using extreme heat. It is recommended that you begin and never raise the heat level beyond Medium or 5 whatever your stove indicator reads.

Stainless steel is the best surface because it doesn’t have the toxic chemicals and car imagine that many non-stick pots and pans.

It’s great to eat healthy food but we need to be watchful about the cookware and heat level even if we use green cookware.
