Guest Post: 3 Raw Recipes to Keep Warm In Winter

I have a few new recipes bouncing
around in my head so I wanted to
share them with you here as a token
of love and appreciation.

#1. HIGH ENERGY BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE

– 1 pint Blueberries

– 1 or 2 Bananas

– 1 Thai Coconut Water and Meat

– Dash Cinnamon (opt)

– Canned Coconut Water is OK

– Shredded Coconut

Blend all ingredients Makes approx
24oz

#2. COCONUT WALNUT YOGURT

– 2 cups Coconut Water

– 2 cups Coconut Meat

– 1 cup Walnuts

– 1 tsp. Probiotics (PuraDyme)

Blend all ingredients, pour into
glass jar and set on counter at
room temp for 4-6 hours with loose
fitting lid, then refrigerate.

This is good for brain function and
protection against environmental
toxins.

Helpful for Alzheimer’s disease
(aluminum poisoning). PROTECT YOUR
BRAIN WITH HIGH ANTIOXIDANT RAW
FOODS AND HEALTHY RAW FATS.

#3. STAY WARM IN WINTER TEA

– 1 cup Goji Berries

– 2-4 tbs. minced, chopped or
shredded Ginger (I like mine in big
chunks to chew on)

– 1-4 tbs. Lemon Juice Add hot
water to Goji berries and Ginger
and allow to brew on counter for
5-8 minutes.

Add Lemon Juice after tea has
cooled slightly. Drink while hot.
Creates warmth and heat during cold
days.

Goji berries are loaded with amino
acids and antioxidants. Ginger is
great for the heart and
circulation.

Lemon cleanses and refreshes. Take
this tea before your raw food meal.
This tea has helped me stay raw in
the dead of winter for many years.

How to Drink Water

I guess you never thought you would have to be told how to drink water. But I found this image that I thought would help us all learn how to drink water. It can be tedious sometimes to meet the goal of drinking the water that our body needs. This bottle is marked so that it makes it easier and it makes it something you really don’t have to think about give it a try -I am.
