Chinese New Year’s Eve

Live2EatEat2Live Blog

Chinese New Year’s Eve Dinner at the Hunan restaurant (the only one on the island as far as I know).

They forgot to order it mild.

I got to the restaurant after The Cat, her mother, and The Cat’s business partner finished eating (I had a early evening shift at Willie’s). By the time I got to the restaurant the food cooled off. Ate one lamb lollipop, finished the vegetables, and took the pork belly home (beggars can’t be choosy).

Maybe I’ll look for frozen bao buns and make pork belly bao buns at home. 🙂

Happy year of the horse everyone!

Enjoy. Eat well.
